Saw this beauty in my mother in-law's backyard this afternoon:
-
Pig of a body
-
Very nice buck. He's got some meat on him.
-
He's a poacher's dream. Hope he survives.
-
This is my backyard gang from last year on my driveway. They know where they are safe to hang out

Those are some nice blacktails.. If only if only!!!
-
No bow allowed??
-
That one on the left is funky!
-
The wife says no hunting around the house. Plus they are fun to just watch. Plan on trying a small food plot next year
-
"Geeze honey, I swear he was on the other side of the road when I shot him. He was nowhere near the house" :chuckle:
-
Hey why don't you gals go into town & catch a movie lol
-
I keep a cam up in my back yard and have a doe and yearling that frequent and bed in my yard, but i also have a yote that comes around too. I wouldn't shoot anything in the yard, too close to neighbors, only half acre lots here. Would shoot that yote though.
-
VO2Max, do you really think you could shoot a deer in MIL's yard? You would be in the doghouse until Easter at least.
-
Here's 2
-
Ohhhh, more temptation! Nice rack on that one! I think he will be the favorite of all those does in the 'hood this fall.

We are seeing way more deer in the yard this year. I wonder of their usual groceries are dried up already and they want the juicy food that gets watered.

Saw this guy in Covington today. Walked right down the middle of the road like he owned the place before stepping off for a bite to eat..
-
Hanging out in a friends yard.
-
Here's 1
-
Mother in law would be less than pleased but yet she sends me pics of this and other bucks near his size weekly! Theoretically I could set up a blind in the woods behind her home and whack one... But, I'd also never be invited to dinner again!
Nice bucks everyone!
-
I got a vid of a little spike that came into the yard few nights ago. The very first buck i've seen back there, and it was right after i put a 3d archery target deer up, haha.
-
Vo2Max, I think your MIL lives by me. I swear I've seen that buck with this one in my yard.

Here's three of the five that were outside the backdoor relaxing under the Japanese maple and then over at the apple tree.

:yike: What a rack!
:yeah:

Neighborhood buck
-
here is one that has been walking around the yards lately... not the best pics... :IBCOOL:
-
Nice thick buck there!
-
Last year after the season.
-
In the back yard
-
Crazy! Bachelor groups hangin' in your back yard.
I haven't even seen a deer in my yard this year. Usually, it is a weekly or bi-weekly occurance. Nothing! My tomatoes and apple trees are evidence of their presence. They've been nocturnal since late last winter.
-
In my friend's backyard up the Wynoochie. (https://hunting-washington.com/smf/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.tapatalk-cdn.com%2F15%2F09%2F25%2F3052d862f1107ac26878f20e1e06d58e.jpg&hash=982f3d6acef9c11d22928f8e5ab2e7a672dd3d5b)

Wait a minute. I thought we had a date to crawl through Bellevue backyards to get that last guy? Are we still on??
:chuckle:
-
I think these pics could be a couple years old. I don't know if hes still around, BUT, if his genes are circling through there, then there's one for each of us! :chuckle: :chuckle:
