Title: Rimrock bound!!!
Post by: Bretjdds on July 16, 2015, 02:48:05 PM: First bull draw! So stoked! Unfortunately I have never been to the unit and just a baby girl so I have been informed that can I take the whole week to hunt(rifle) but scouting is out...thinking of starting out on the south of pine grass ridge at the west side of the unit, possibly packing in. Any thoughts/advice from sympathetic dads of two daughters would be great! Can't wait either way!

Ya know, that didn't even cross my mind. I haven't hunted elk for 10 years or so now. Always used vacation for bear hunting.
