We are going to give away some goodies periodically. I will list what is being given away along with a question or series of questions. First person to post the right answer or combination of right answers will get the prize! RAD/Savora will ship to any destination within the USA where USPS service is provided. After we post the winner on this thread we will send a PM to the winning member asking for name and address to send the goodies.
rule***MLBowhunting, Whackmaster, DRock and any other member with current or past company ties will not be eligible to win.
We ask that previous winners wait 24 hours before participating in another challenge.

Another Vandyke blade product giveaway as promised
Question: Whackmaster and I met when he came to into my store complaining about his first bow. I set him up with a new one and we became best friends and hunting partners. That has lasted almost 30 years. What was the Brand and Model of his first bow?
Doubler Question: Double the prize if you can tell me what it was about that first bow he hated so much.
Guess should be made as Mfg - Model - Doubler. Need both parts of the main question correct to win.
Prize = One package of TripleSec. LPS100 broadheads, one package of matching replacement blades and one Super-Deuce 38 in our new Orange. Winner may choose aperture size (1/8, 5/32, 3/16, 7/32 or 1/4")

The LPS/Low Profile Solid blade was a design collaboration between VanDyke and RAD/Savora for use in the broadhead now known as the VanDyke LPS100. We worked together on this because he likes solid blades, durability, top penetration and unequalled accuracy in all weather conditions. When we first started hunting together his insanely quick kills on elk completely changed the way I looked at low profile broadheads. The Triple Sec. uses an aluminum ferrule and steel point rather than the one piece titanium ferrule in the VanDyke head. The Triple Sec. also uses a third locking point that is not available on the titanium version! Profile of the two heads are identical.

Wholly Cow you guys are fast today! More responses before the question than the first hour yesterday.
Though I see no one wants to guess now that the question is posted :chuckle: :chuckle:

:yeah: these guys are chomping at the bit. Good job Radsav. Thanks for excluding me hahahahaha

After all the story telling at the ATA I figured you are over qualified :chuckle: :chuckle:

Bear-Polar LTD- too complicated?
That was a neat bow for it's day. When I started guys that had the Polar LTD were styling with the big boys :chuckle: But nope, that was not the bow or doubler.

Winner, winner! I figured that one would be easier than yesterdays.
Care to guess the Doubler Question? "Double the prize if you can tell me what it was about that first bow he hated so much."
What size aperture do you want you peep sight in?

Doh autocorrecting iPhone.. Bear whitetail master!
:chuckle: :chuckle: I would have given it to you if that had been the correct answer!

Taking a shot in the dark just guessing on what would make a guy give up an entire bow instead of just parts to fix a certain aspect... He couldn't find parts or customer service. Either that or just couldn't get consistent groups haha

Doh!! :sry:
The correct answer is: Audible only to Dogs, the Wax Moth and a guy named Crazy Larry the bow made a "Click" as he came to full draw. :chuckle:
I'm going to offer a Second Chance doubler on this one!! - What make of bow did he shoot for the next 15 years?

That's funny! Didn't matter to you haha you gained a customer and best friend and hunting partner. So that noise was awesome
-
:lol4: you gotta win something before you can double it. :chuckle: Although the audience particapition of "the price is right" would be a fun addition to the doubler question. :P
Solohunter84 take a guess. You have a second chance.

If any of the other guesses is correct does that dbl my prize like elk said? Haha
-
Answer to the "Second Chance" Doubler was PSE!
After a couple years with Hoyt and the a couple years with Bowtech he is now back with PSE again. Hard to forever abandon what got you there! That new PSE Decree HD is one heck of a bow. Maybe even better than our old Jet-Flites w/4" overdraws :chuckle:
Congratulations Solohunter84! Your goodies should ship out tomorrow.
For those curious, Solo'84 has chosen the 7/32" aperture for his peep sight. Nice choice!
-
Thanks again sir. Appreciate the opportunity. I will pay it forward with these goodies. I have a friend who has been wanting to try savoras after seeing my elk last year ;-)
-

You'd still have to guess the correct suggestion. I figured you had a 50/50 chance on the double. Congrats on the win.
