I'm sure the majority of CA will be thrilled to have those cuddly critters moving in.

I know several folks in Northern CA that feel just like folks in Eastern WA.  They will be none too happy.  I have bear hunted in that area, awesome country.  I would love to retire there, but for one thing, it's in CA.
