I ran spirals for a while.  Shot great, but best for close range.  I think they shot better out of my long bows than my recurves too.  Not often I say that! :chuckle:  I ended up using them exclusively for ducks over decoys. 

Full cut seemed better for pheasant and longer range.  They also seemed to perform best out of the recurve.  I shot three, four and six and didn't see much accuracy difference between them.  Only range difference, which wasn't a whole lot.  I ended up using mainly 4 fletch the full length of my Bitz. clamp on fir shafts for most of my pheasant hunting days.

Running steel blunts with Bateman Adder points behind them if running dogs.  If no dogs then I used Rippers or MA-3.  Those were some good ole' days!  Very fond memories!!
