Must have been a Hoyt

:peep:

The most painful part was realizing how much that arrow probably cost.
-
Ouch :yike:
-
Makes me shiver to see that AND makes me wonder if my arrows are all safe to shoot. No visible cracks but I have bounced them off each other target shooting. Length is all good.
-
How does that happen? Did it callapse while shooting?
-

It was a hoyt because only a hoyt has the power to snap arrows like twigs!
-

Correct. Arrow breaks from an earlier crack/impact and the back half falls and gets pushed through your hand.
Picture is an oldy but makes me want to :puke: every time

arrow too short for draw length maybe? it looks like maybe they'd cut most of the shaft away at the clinic

That's why you should inspect your arrows once in awhile ...especially if it hits the dirt !!

Ouch that looks terrible. Reminds me, I need to gonfling a few arrows...
