About the only thing I haven't done on my preseason scouting is location of a good archery shop around Naches/Nile area? Not sure why I just thought of that....Nock on wood.
-
I don't think there is, there are a couple sporting goods stores in Yakima and a Cabela's (Union Gap).
-
Was kinda thinking that it was either going to be a drive to e-berg or the yak area. Just trying to cover all my bases. Thanks

Mike at grizzly archery in yakima. On fruitvale Blvd just east of 40th Ave about 1 block on south side of road. Big wooden bear statue in front. Great guy who knows his stuff. if you're coming from the nile/naches it's the 1st exit and you just drive straight past am/pm and the motel and you can't miss the bear statue in front.

Thanks for that info Plateau!

Yup, that's your best option. Seems like a pretty good shop from my experience.

Ya grizzly is great... only one problem! Mike closes the shop for elk season, and this year he has a goose prairie bull tag so you can bet he'll be gone. Your only option is cabelas, and they don't know jack $hit..

everything he just said. Mike is a super great guy, and he is closed during elk season.Cabelas might have what you're looking for but dont let the touch your bow.

Grizzly is the Best!!!!
Mike will have someone in the shop 3-4 days a week for 5 hours while he is gone...not sure on the days but give a call

Thanks for all the feed back, hoping I will not have a need but I just wanted to be prepared and not end up doing the run around or end up with some tool bag messing with my bow.
-
Your best bet to be prepared is to have a back up bow and release already set up. If you have problems in the field, you only have to go back to camp. You should also know where your arrows hit out to 20-30 yards shooting fingers without a tab or glove. Don't ask why I know this and I won't tell you no lies.
