I have been out in the Moses Lake, Ephrata, Othello area hunting coyotes about 6 different times now. I've only got one and it was because I happened to sneak up on it. However; I went up to the Loon Lake area this last weekend and called seven in right away. I'm wondering if the coyotes have such a pluthera of food choices in the Columbia basin area this time of year that they just really don't need any more food and wont respond to calls. Not looking for any spots or secrets. Just want to here if anyone is having any luck!
Happy Hunting!

I am not sure about success with calling them in, but I almost hit two this morning on my way into work. Probably 35 miles north east of Moses. Just north of Marlin.

Our yotes see a lot of pressure year-round.
