Took the kids out to see about some grouse dinner. Getting ready to leave we see a coyote down the road aways. So we wait till it crosses then sneak off the road a 100 yards or so and have the kids sit down behind me. I start lip squeaking loud as I can on the back of my hand for a min. Then I hear my brother start playing some rabbit distress on his phone. Min later I hear a critter headed our way. I drew my pistol and stood still. Sure enough a coyote pops out of the brush at less than 20 yards. I put the front sight between his eyes and squeezed. Girls where in diss-belief.

Now that is cool; I think they are proud of dad. :)

Good job!
Better check the one in the pink shirt for fleas.

One in camo is mine. The other two are my brothers daughters. They were proud of us both. All were checked flea free  hardly any on the yote either. I was very surprised at that. Maybe cause it's so dry :dunno:
Now they are all fighting over who gets the fur lol. I figure it's all of ours since we all did our part

splitting it up 5 ways, or joint custody? :chuckle:

Should had used the shotgun ;)

had it in my left hand but figured the 9mm was better than 7 1/2 shot.

joint custody lol. We'll just hang it in the living room. Tho the kids would be happy with just splitting in 5 peaces I'm sure
