Grundy, were are you staying? We'll be there Thursday afternoon and we're camping at the Fair grounds in Cusick. As a heads up I was scouting this weekend and stopped in at the fire command center, They told me that Mill creek and Cee Cee Aw roads WILL NOT be open for some time, maybe end of Oct they said.We are staying at the Blue Slide in Cusick. I can't wait for my "grandpa's" moose hunt. Him, my dad and a couple other gentlemen are heading over Monday. I have to wait until Wednesday :bash: I hope he gets a nice one. I'm going to have a sore back since my dad and I are the only ones going who aren't in our 70's and my dad is 54 :chuckle:. Sorry for the babbling but I'm too excited not to.Give it a couple years and you'll be able to use those 2 new hunting partners of yours to help pack out!

very nice moose. We broke mule tape like ten times trying to pull my bull out.
I wouldn't use mule tape it. It is definitely strong enough but doesn't do well burning over logs and rocks and such.
