Looking to get a duck boat for me and my 18, and 12y/o what do you think size and where to buy.
-
Not sure where your from or what ya want or where ya like to hunt but Glenn at Valley Rv and Marine in Mount Vernon treated me very good last year when I bought a work boat..
-
we have never hunted from a boat before so this is new to us going to hunt both sides of the hump! looking for places now.
-
you might check with 3 rivers marine in woodinville. i think thats where choclab nailed a great deal on his new boat. they have a website and usually a pretty good selection of used boats too. i have 3 or 4 friends who have bought boats there with good experiences all around.
also look at craigslist...there's always a deal to be had there if you know what to look for.

Ya.....go talk to Joey at 3rivers. He's a good guy and could get you set up and probably even get you on some birds. I am very happy with my 06 Alumacraft.

What size of water do you hunt? Usually bigger boat helps in big water.

duckfvr has a boat for sale in the classifieds...sounds like a deal to me. check it out

Any where around Olympia to get my hands on a 12-14 ft John Boat. New or used but I know Redhead/basspro sells them new for around 550$. I mean from a dealer... it might be a month or so.

If you want a little John boat go to Sportsmans Warehouse. They have a few for sale.
