Title: Double up
Post by: mdbuck5x5 on October 17, 2015, 07:19:10 PM
Well the deer didn't seem to like this 70 degree weather lol but the grouse sure did! Didn't see any blues to get the trifecta.

Another one today. I'm thinking about not hunting deer anymore and just straight grouse hunt lol. Nah but seriously,  there has been a crazy explosion of grouse the last couple years. I literally jumped 20+ grouse today and I'm probably understating that. They were everywhere!

Nice grouse! I've dedicated many many hours searching for them on the west side without luck yet this year. Guess I need to go hunt for elk and then I'll find em!

Anyways, good job on the grouse!
