......have this months issue of field and stream you need to make the recipe on page 37, its the best venison ive ever had. i used corn syrup instead of cane syrup and i just added a couple table spoons of sugar to the wine sauce to sweeten it up. if you have someone in your family that does not like venison make this youll change there mind. just thought id share...now im gunna go eat the rst i think, even tho im stuffed :drool:
