Title: Seaducks

Tried to kill some sea ducks around Bird Island today, ended up with what I thought were Common Scoters. Found out later that they are actually Cormorants. Btw Cormorants are not a sea duck. My court date is Dec. 10th. Ouch!

Sometimes I just laugh at people.

Maybe he should come down to the Lower Columbia. I think the government was going to kill more than 10,000 cormorants because they eat too many salmon. He would be a hero.

Where did you pull that quote from?  Good stuff.  He is the only guy that has brought them back to the launch that I have heard of.   :chuckle:

Too funny!  I ate a Pied-billed Grebe that I shot once when it popped up where a Bufflehead had dove under... it tasted fine.   :o

Saw about three thousand Scoters today.

I'm ashamed to say, don't want to give people more ammo for calling us southern boys stupid.

Was looking at how the hunting went for the first split back home and came across that post. Said he was located at the coast of southern NC.
