Title: Guess I was hunting the wrong spot
Post by: Chase2008 on October 24, 2015, 07:05:25 PM: Spent last weekend on the dry side. Saw one legal buck but was small. I have a late quality tag so bad told myself to hold out unless I saw my best deer ever.

Didn't go out this morning on the wet side as I had other commitments. Went outside to run my dogs and this guy shows up in the yard. Would have been my best blacktAil.

He was with a does and her two fawns. Looked like he was limping a bit.

Nice blacktail though. Thats one deer i have never hunted.
