Has anyone ever run across a rifle scope camera system? I think it would be cool as hell to get video footage from my scope while coyote hunting.

Garmen VIRB-- scope mount is cool-- my dad just bought this sits pretty neat. Only thing we haven't been able to get on video is video of shot on animal :'(
This gets better better camera reviews though...

wish they made a rifle scope with an integrated video camera

They do.
This was just the first one I clicked on in a google search for digital camera rifle scope.

Use your go pro but modify the lens so it isn't fisheye.
rage cams sells a ton of lenses and you could zoom in pretty good, at least loose the wide angle.
