That is a good day! My brother and I found 7 whitetail sheds and two winterkills yesterday. I think I would rather have a pile of brown moose sheds, though!

Nice looking sheds! Do you have any ATL's to post? What GMU did you find them in?

Sorry my bad, i thought for sure they were the same ones. Especially the one in the lower right hand corner with the repaired tines. :dunno:

We were up at our cabin in Winthrop this weekend which is right on the river so lots of whitetails and I told my kids to go walk back into the property and look for sheds. About 10 mins. later my son came in and said our neighbor from above us came out of our property holding a shed >:(

Not a huge kitty but it sure makes a good rug... it would be nice to see a few more of those in the gun sights to save some more deer..

A little over a foot or so...

Nice, so you just cut tracks and follow them? Or find spots in timber where there isnt any snow?
I take it they were on top of whatever snow there was in the spots?

i was wondering the same thing...how'd you find em with all that snow on the ground?

What an awesome find! I started shed hunting last spring and loved it. I would surely like to find a moose shed or two. My son took all HIS sheds I found last year to practice rattling. He would freak if I came home with a moose shed. Good luck in finding more.

Alot of tree wells, but mostly the moose all follow eachother and they usually have the snow packed down to dirt... kinda takes out the mistery when you have tracks!

Cool! and nice cat.
