I have only seen does. Stumbled on some recently used beds yesterday and fresh droppings. Still have not seen the bucks in the area I am trolling.
Anyone get any?
-
I saw a doe with twin fawns on the woodinville-duvall road this morning.
;)
thats all i have to report.
-
:chuckle:
It won't be long before the bucks start getting careless.
-
i saw a nice careless one there last year...wandering down the middle of W-D at rush hour.
-
If only it was so easy.

I went out one day and saw a few does. My brother went out a couple days and got this blacktail. My brother and my father had been scouting a couple bucks with trail cams and a couple days into the season he got this one.

Nice blackie, private lands, timber co, or State ground? I'm hoping this year will be better than forecasted for my area.

keep seein does. went on a high buck hunt in the henry M jackson wilderness and got skunked. saw some pretty country though. gotta love the northwest
-
Dman.. it was a small patch of private land.
-
Nice to know folks with private land. I own a piece with a few other's in an assn. near Mossyrock, though we don't allow hunting on it, we've had some buck's in the past hanging out. Makes me drool in the fall .
-
Thats a nice buck...I love em in velvet but he looked better on the ground with a bow on top of him...
then again...they all do now that I think about it...lol
-
I almost stepped on a shooter buck tonight while moving into position on a 400+ pound bear... result? The deer scared the bear... :bash:
I go home empty handed and mad!
Im going after both tomorrow!

Gorgeous blackie. Good luck on those you were patterning the last year or two. I think that was you anyway.
