Title: Elma water levels
Post by: ballstothewaal on January 02, 2016, 08:32:34 PM
Anybody have the status on what the water levels are like in the elma area, specifically on Brady loop? there was quite a bit of water last week when I looked but not sure what it is like now. Thanks!

It is very low. Was out there on Friday and we could almost walk everywhere. There is enough water in a few spots to run boats

Just got back from running both sat and Sunday out there. The main river is sledable. All the sloughs are frozen with inch of ice and the ponds are a tough hunt ice again. Spent all day breaking ice every hour. I never even pulled a trigger

I heard shooting out there a couple days ago, New year's day in fact.
