Has anybody heard any reports before this rain came or has seen anybody catching anything I live close to the river been watching the condition for a while and now with this rain we had this week I'll be watching a bit longer now

i went down there a week or two ago to find it was crowded as hell(on a wednesday afternoon), murky and no fish. i've honestly never seen that many people in the january unless a push of early fish had come in, either somebody caught something and told all their friends or everyone had cabin fever.
i live 10 minutes from the river, and drive up there quite a bit just to watch the circus.

Went this morning. A lot of people (forgot it was a holiday)and not a lot of fish. Cool thing about the skook is there's a lot of spots to fish even when it's crowded. Got two old silvers and 1 small steelhead. Water conditions were really good though. Just need another month or so before the steelhead start coming in thick.

Ive been twice just behind my house and nothing yet, must be a big slide above the lake, river is real merky even when it got low.
