Here is a map of some of the popular places people troll. Walleye spots in black, trout in red. I am sure others will chime in as well. For walleye bottom bouncer and crawler harness fished slow (1-1.5ish mph). Try different depths till you find fish.

i've never fished it for walleye in the winter, but the wife and i did really well trolling the humps around the edge of the dunes back in june.  standard bottom walker/crawler harness rigging.  i make my own harnesses, just buy a pack of smile blades and some stack beads, and put a corky in the center rather than the standard "wedding ring".  helps keep your hooks off the bottom a little bit, and a lot cheaper than buying the rigs individually.
