Easton FMJ 300 with a 75gr brass insert and a 100 grain broad head
As you can see my setup is heavy! The arrows are around 675gr finished. The trouble I am having is getting the range I want without my one pin slider sight hitting my arrows. Anyone have any tips? Is it something I should just get used to and not shoot longer ranges?

I really want to keep the weight to maximize KE.
When you sighted in your pin did you run it as high as it can go on the rail? If you didn't that would do it. That is a very heavy arrow. But you should still be able to get to 100 yards with that. When I put my single pin on I made sure the sight housing was all the way up on the rail. Then moved the dial up or down to get my 20/80 yards to choose the right sight tape.
I have my housing as low as it can go at the bottom of the bar without hitting my arrow. I slide it about half way up to hit 20 yds
Lower your anchor point. That's about the only option you have. My 55# target bow with 35mm single pin housing shoots about 240-250 fps depending on arrow. I still get 130 to 140 yards. I expect you are shooting faster than that target bow and flatter at distance. T-Handle release sometimes helps when transferring to lower anchor - try anchoring the gap between knuckles of the index and middle finger against the jaw bone while rotating the thumb down. Nice part of that anchor is you can open your mouth slightly to match angle changes and peep alignment for distance.

I will see what I can do! Right now I like to have the peep cover the housing perfectly but I will play around with dif anchors.

No. The only thing that will need to be moved is raising your peep.

If you can't get the arrow to miss your housing stepping down in arrow weight to say 500grn you would pick up speed to 289fps with.6344 momentum. And I'd bet you could clear the housing then. I'd try changing you anchor and maybe double checking your nock hight etc to be sure it's good that can effect this as well.
