In my opinion, too many have already taken a drink out of their cup without knowing all the facts unfortunately. My thought always goes to a better place that money should have been utilized. So far the receipts do not demonstrate the justification.

I believe it is those employed by our legal system that has seen the biggest boost from the whole endangered species act...
