I would drop everything and change all my hunting plans for a chance at a desert sheep. I just can't afford one right now, maybe someday I'll draw one of the few tags or win one. Or maybe when Bernie gets elected some sheep Hunter that already has a desert ram will have to give me their hunt  :chuckle:

I am interested to hear the price for this hunt. I know that the old Mexico desert ram hunts have been going down in price. A guy needs to do his home work before committing to a Mexico hunt. Some hunts for sheep and deer are now high fence or raised animals that are released in enclosures that are fenced on three sides. Also a lot of illegal guiding. I am still interested but would need assurance that we would be hunting with a legal guide, legal tag  and fair chase in a area that actually has sheep. I want to make this clear Shooting Stix, this is no reflection on you. Just an observation on the decline of the quality of hunts in Old Mexico.

I'm not sure where his post is at...somewhere in LALA land I imagine. Weird thing is that if you look in his post summary, it's there but it doesn't appear in the thread.

This is what it says.

These desert big horn are wild in Mexico I need some serious feedback on how much people are willing to pay for this hunt so I can use it for negotiations with the outfitter you can PM me but if I am getting 5k obviously you are wasting my time and I need legit pricing now don't tell me 20k and you can't afford it either I want to see hunters with a dream hunt

45,000 for a hunt is probably why your not getting any calls, no offense but at that price your trying to talk to about 1% of the hunters on here.  Someday I hope to draw a hunt, that will be the only way most of us will hunt sheep.
