Title: Any experience with bringing trophies back from Africa?
Post by: CJ1962 on March 26, 2016, 08:46:20 PM: I've finally been notified that my 4 shoulder mounts will be shipping from South Africa. Anyone have experience with bringing them through customs in Seattle?

Half the customs paper does not pertain to you
When i did it it was a little hassle but well worth it
But you have to be in touch with the the taxidermist for the chain of custody paperwork

Nothing I could do with a taxidermist on the other side of world. I was sure I located them with some hunters from Alaska, but they weren't interested in swapping.

Other than that do it yourself and save some $
