Too many predators in this area to expect herds to do well

This is good, they need to build that herd up. Unfortunately, unless I'm mistaken, the Hall Mountain sheep unit is only available through the raffle system instead of special permit system. The other unfortunate thing is that there are several wolves just south of that area in the Harvey Creek drainage. Beautiful country though.

There are wolves all over that country. Lions are a more likely predator for the sheep.
So far, none of the transplants have been killed by predators.

There was sheep at Sullivan Lake already. They must be re-stocking so the wolves have something to eat.
