Title: Spring Bear
Post by: CoastalHunter on May 13, 2016, 11:19:35 AM: Is Bear Season open now for everyone or just hunters that have drawn the tag?

I've looked at the regs just don't understand as someone I ran into said it's a draw area only where I was driving but not hunting at the time.

Or Aug 15 or Sept 1 depending on the area.
