Title: Will Standard scope ring height provide necessary clearance?

I'm ordering new picatinny rings from Badger. I'm mounting a 30mm tube with 50mm objective. The barrel is a Christensen arms light target barrel contour. The stock is a Monte Carlo style having a slightly raised cheek piece. Do you think badger standard height rings will do the trick?

Post by: TVHunts on May 16, 2016, 05:05:55 PM: I am guessing they won't work. I just looked on the Badger website, they list all of the rings heights. Do you have the rail or slotted bases already mounted on the rifle? If so you could figure it out real easy. If not I would order the medium height and play it a little safer. Christenson could probably help you confirm the clearance required.
