Title: OIL Draw first year applying?

2009 is the first year I have found this posted. If you change the 2009 to 2010, 2011 etc on the address you can view each year

:yeah: it is just an absolute crapshoot regardless of points held. At least that is what I tell myself since I don't hold max points.
