Don't know much about the area, but have done research.
I'm sure if you introduce yourself to some of the landowners, you will have a great hunt.

My plan is to try archery, this would be my ninth animal of the North American Archery big 10 if I could fill it with my bow. Any and all information for both of us that drew this tag would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

:yeah: Unless you know some of the local farmers, access can be tough. I hunt deer in the area and the sheep tend to hangout on the private land without much pressure.

Left side starts to flare, right side broomed, by measurments it is 3 inches shorter so not really broken bad. Really fun hunt seen over 20 full curl rams, shot my rifle like i had never touched it in my life which was embarrasing, but the end result is....ram down

Post by: JWalk on October 10, 2016, 12:10:55 PM: After 11 days trying to get a ram with a bow, I finally caved in and picked up my old rifle that I haven't killed anything for over 35 years. Three days later and a 5.5 hour pack out I had this ram in camp and couldn't be happier. I would like give a special thanks to Chris Fletcher for helping pack this ram out, my wife who was a trooper and went out with me on four days. I would also like to thank Brad, the other tag holder, we were in contact from the day we drew the tag and it was great to meet him and his buddies that him with his successful hunt. A few days after the hunt and I am still sore, but I would do this over in a minute.
