I was curious if any other users on here have the same problem I do. I have a Remington 700 sps stainless chambered in 7mm rem mag, beautiful rifle that shoots like a house of fire, but with one issue. The magazine won't feed rounds over half the time. If I put 1 round in the magazine it will sometimes feed into the chamber when I slide the bolt forwards, 2 rounds in the magazine the bolt will pass over every time. And sometimes it seems as if the rounds in the magazine get stuck at an awkward angle. I always make sure to have the rounds in the magazine snug against the back of the magazine. Anybody else experience this issue or have a way to fix it? Kinda frustrating having a rifle that's a single shot when it shouldn't be.

reloads or are they stock?

it does it with any ammunition i use, tried a friends reloads, same issue factory ammo, same issue, expensive premium ammunition it does it as well.

I'm sure you have done some research. the best I've found is on the long range site. Makes sense.
I've polished the ramp on my acp .45,much better loading.
maybe you have a burr on the ramp., or check the mag does it look right. try sanding with 500 grit on the bar that feeds your shell on top of the mag, left side

You might try flopping the magazine spring to the follower. Had that issue on a ruger a few years ago and it worked like a dream. Easy fix if that's the issue.

It's more than likely your follower
