Title: Looking for a quality long sleeve shirt for early season elk
Post by: MAGhunter on August 22, 2016, 07:38:26 PM: What is a good early season elk, long sleeve shirt. I'm looking good for gray in color. Once I shed my jacket after the morning, I would like to just wear a long sleeve shirt. Any ideas?

Post by: haus on August 22, 2016, 07:43:02 PM: Merino wool. Just picked up a First Lite llano in their fusion pattern, single layer handled high temps just fine. They also have a lighter weight aerowool now too.

Their lightweight synthetic peloton is real nice too, or if you like the wool, the 125 weight merino wool is great too.

If you find any good deals on the core4element stuff, their tops are super comfortable and at a great price. Camofire may still have them up every once in a while, not sure.
