I'm headed to WY in a few weeks, and drew an unexpected MT tag too, so will have a heavy dose of speed goat hunting this year.

Post by: ldjbuff on August 29, 2016, 02:31:35 PM: Water hole. In the area we hunt, most holes are dried up. we scouted for 3 weekends, google earth was our friend. Found 3 water holes about 20 miles from the road but was worth the long quad ride in.

I think that most folks aren't willing to head that far off the road to get one of these guys on the ground. That's probably why you kicked-A.
