Title: trail riding with dual sport bike

I always assumed I needed ORV tag for my bike, but when I looked at the RCW it says that if it's street legal your exempt. Am I reading this right? RCW 46.09.420

License plates with valid registration or orv tags.

I think if you ride on state lands you will need a discover pass.

And you have to be wearing a helmet while riding.
