Post by: swwaoutdoorsman on November 23, 2016, 07:56:48 AM: Went out the other night with my brother n law. He has five dogs and I three we treed two times and had one swim the river on us. We were done by 10 so I went back out to another area and ended up treeing two more. It was a great night and lots fun hearing all those dogs work.
Next time I'll be sure to have my camera and get some better pics at the tree

yep- it's tough here, and the coons always seem to be in valleys (private land) or barnyards.

Post by: Machias on February 27, 2017, 12:11:53 PM: Our coons are soo thin here I probably shoot out 2 a winter, otherwise I would wipe out the ones we do have. My best winter was 18 coons treed. That's how many you would tree in a weekend in Virginia. :)
