This is a picture of my son, Adam with his boss, Nobu Matsuhisa at his Dallas, TX venue. Adam's been working there a couple of years. Nobu san has been rated as the #6 most influential chef in America. Pretty cool shot if you're a foodie.

I think I've seen Nobu on a TV cooking program? That's really cool

Oh yeah, he's on the food channels all the time.

That's really cool. Man I'd love to spend a day in the kitchen with a guy like him.

I'm very lucky to have a job where I work with the nation's top chefs everyday. Not only do I get really neat food with which to play, but my chefs will give me suggestions on preparation, as well. It's pretty cool getting cooking tips from the stars.

I'll bet he's enjoying learning from a superb chef. Pretty darn cool. My wife is a great cook, but she occasionally gets together with some friends and they hire a former chef (currently the mayor of Enumclaw) to teach them something new. She comes home with some amazingly delicious dishes.
