Thanks for the heads up. Just bought a pair.
I was looking at binoculars just yesterday and trying to decide which one to get, that's the one.
-
That is a really good price and those binoculars are the best in that price range. For future reference, about twice a year Cabella's has them at that price (they did just a few weeks ago for their Labor Day sale). They were that price at Christmas time last year at Bass Pro.

I didn't really need them but who doesn't like a great deal and it's always nice to have an extra set so I bought a pair as well. My only concern is my experience with Vortex optics is it can sometimes be a little inconsistent and luck of the draw. I've had or looked through multiples of the same model, sometimes right at the optics counter, and had them go from wow:) to whoa :o but they've always had a excellent warranty so even if I don't luck out and instead get a "whoa" pair, I know Vortex will do whatever they can to make it good.
Thanks for the heads up!!

Lazydrifter, Midway should make you honorary salesperson of the day! :chuckle: I just told a couple family members about this sale and they both thought they'd make great Christmas gifts for their grown up kids so you've sold four sets of these binos for Midway today.

That seems like a hell of a deal!

I kept an 8x56 Docter in my truck and then it was broken into and they were stolen.... and my mother said: What kind of fool keeps a thousand dollar binocular in their truck?
She was right. I bought a pair of 8x42 Diamondback when they were on sale and they have been just fine for my purpose. I always have to have a binocular in the vehicle I drive or I just don't feel right and this one works pretty well for us.

Picked up a pair several months ago in a similar Midway deal for my kids, they seem to be a good set for the money.

Just made my purchase, little upgrade from my crossfires that I have been very happy with for the money

I have a pair that I use as a loaner. Great value for the money.....tough to beat. Great price!

One hell of a deal. Great for scanning. I gave mine to my gf when I upgraded.
