Title: New member intro
Post by: vtl382 on October 18, 2016, 07:57:07 AM: Hello all. Came across this site while doing an online search for info and found it to be packed with good stuff so I joined. I have been hunting big game for 16 years, with good friends that really know what they are doing. I have never ventured out solo, but am now beginning to try and find areas that I will be able to take my sons into. The areas that I have hunted are very remote and take a couple days of hard boot stomping to get to. I really want to be able to get my boys on a deer/elk, but the areas that seem more readily accessible for them look like pumpkin fields so I have begun to do the homework, google earth searches, scouting hikes et cetera to try and narrow it down.

Anyway, this is a great site. Have a great season out there, and be safe.
