So I bought a new rifle, and a new Leupold VX-6. I would like to find a place that does the lapping, and scope leveling when mounting vs a place that is just gonna eyeball it. Can someone help me out?

Ed Lapour in Bremerton or Steve Kostanich in Chehalis would be a good bet.

Highly recommend buying a lapping kit and scope levels. Not sure what a shop would charge but it's very simple and may be just as cost effective to just get the tools and dyi. Then you can charge all your buddies when they want you to do theirs :chuckle:

If you are in Chehalis, Osborne's in Onalaska...They are in the old Nyla's store...

Lapping is no big deal and the tool is cheap. And on scope leveling..... leveling the scope is one thing but getting the gun straight up is another.

Wheeler has a <$20 kit now with dual bubble levels for taking cake of that. One goes in the chamber and the other on the scope turret. square gun and lock in place then square the scope and torque to spec. Then a number of companies make gun mounted levels for $20-40 that you install so that when you are shooting you make sure your gun is level.
All is available on Amazon for ~$150 and then you can do friends guns or more of your own as mentioned..
Wheeler Torque wrench $43 (https://www.amazon.com/Wheeler-Firearms-Accurizing-Torque-Wrench/dp/B0012AXR4S/ref=sxts_k2p_hero1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=2668834182&pf_rd_r=W80A7G2M4H9CBDV0VPNV&pd_rd_wg=5STHv&pf_rd_s=desktop-sx-top-slot&pf_rd_t=301&pd_rd_w=pUFCF&pf_rd_i=gun+vise&pd_rd_r=D11AZWH1A809BV1SMW30&ie=UTF8&qid=1478279287&sr=1)
Wheeler bubble levels $15.51 (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BYAKDM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)(and they will fit in Case for Wrench above between uses)
Gun Vise $35 (https://www.amazon.com/MTM-GV-30-Cleaning-Maintenance-Center/dp/B000KKGQ62/ref=sr_1_3?s=hunting-fishing&ie=UTF8&qid=1478279442&sr=1-3&keywords=gun+vise)
Lapping kits run $40-60 buying just a lapping kit..
OR
Do it the smart way (unlike I just did) and buy the full kit for $100 (https://www.amazon.com/Wheeler-Scope-Mounting-Combo-1-Inch/dp/B002PQKGSI/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1478279859&sr=1-1&keywords=scope+lapping) that has everything except the vice, plus the $35 vice so you could be out the door for $135.00 and have it in 2 days.
On gun levels for shooting:
Cheap rail mounted $9 (https://www.amazon.com/Higoo-Bubble-Level-Picatinny-Waver/dp/B01F76QNVQ/ref=sr_1_4?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1478279595&sr=1-4&keywords=scope+level)
Vortex Scope mounted $34 (https://www.amazon.com/Vortex-Optics-Bubble-Level-Riflescope/dp/B003JP4WU2/ref=sr_1_5?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1478279595&sr=1-5&keywords=scope+level)
