Title: found a couple pups in the woods
Post by: Bango skank on November 14, 2016, 11:32:33 AM: Unit 121. Dont know if somebody dumped them or what. Theyre not scrawny, but the black one is full of burrs. Anybody recognize them? One has a collar with tag removed.

I dont have a facebook. If somebody else wants to post the pups up feel free. Found them in stevens county.

I have pretty good reason to believe they got dumped. Theyll be taking a ride into town with me tomorrow, getting them somewhere that they wont get eaten by wolves or cougars. Unfortunately keeping them is not an option for me. Losing 2 days of hunting cause of these mutts. Sweet dogs, never understand how people will just abandon animals in the mountains like that, but unfortunately its not uncommon around here.

Post by: Wanttohuntmore on November 15, 2016, 07:11:28 PM: I can vouch for these two dogs, met them sunday. They are amazingly good dogs. Friendly and responsive to commands. If I had the room for them I'd pick them up. Just hoping if someone lost them they'll get found. On a side note I found two malamutes about 6 miles from houses last year on weyco land (I posted their pics as they looked like wolves on the west side). I guess folks that were missing them for a week posted on facebook and they were found. So hopefully folks in the 121 are posting about them.

Theyre already split up, it was the only option to avoid the pound, where they almost certainly would have been split up anyway. I think its okay though. The brown one is super friendly, but bullies the black one. The black one doesnt seem upset in the least. And i was told hes probably an australian shepherd :dunno: . Anyway, awesome dog. He sure likes cats.
