My draw is 32" and the only bows that I've looked at locally are the Bowtech Boss and the Xpedition Perfexion. Does anyone have an opinion on either bows, good or bad?

I measure about what you do (Monkey arms) with a release you may find that 31.5 or 31" will fit as well. Bowtech Carbon knight fit me pretty well, as does my new Elite E35.

I shoot a Mathews switchback LD and a Diamond Infinite Edge both at 31 inches
The Mathews is heavy and shoots very well, the Diamond is light and shoots sweet

I shot a Mathews FX (older) and this year got the Boss. I love it. It is super smooth and really steady at full draw. I was worried because it is a little heavier then a lot of the newer bows but it is very balanced and is not bad carrying all day. I have a buddy who has it as well and he loves his. hope it helps.

My current bow is a Bear Attitude adjusted out to 32" and I feel like I could probably pull farther, my wing span is 80" (I'm 6'7")

I am the same draw length. I shoot a Hoyt nitrum LD. It's a really nice bow. They are coming out with a new long draw. Pse freak is another one that shoots long.

I didn't find the Nitrium on the current web site, but the Double XL looks interesting. It's a 2017 model, I wonder when they'll be available.

I can't be of much help because I shoot with a 28.5" draw length, but if you're going to compare the Perfexion with the Hoyt play with the limb stops on the Perfexion some. It's a bow you can really dial into what feels good to you. My Perfexion is a 2015 model with the smaller and older cams than what you'd be looking at with a new 2017 model so I can't really comment on draw and how it would feel on the shot.

i too have a 32" draw. Positive ape index with 6'2" height and 6'6" finger tip to tip length. I shoot the Hoyt Faktor 34 in 31.5". The D-loop and release seem to make up for any lost draw length. LD version of the Faktor goes up to 33.5 if I'm not mistaken.

Athens anthym goes to 31.5" I have one at 30.5 and it feels longer then the others I've shot at 31". Not all bows are equal in what the draw length is. My bowtech always felt short even though the draw board said 31".

Thanks for all the replies. I bought the Bowtech Boss and so far I'm pretty happy with it. With my first bow (Bear Attitude) I was good out to 40 but at 50 or 60 I was all over the place. After a week with my Boss I'm starting to think an elk at 60 is reasonable after some more practice.
