I'm going to look at one for these tomorrow for $749.00. Is this a good price and does anybody have anything to say about this gun?
-
I don't think I could build one for that.
DPMS has been in the AR business for a long time and I think at that price you can't go wrong.
-
Not the Oracle, but my DPMS LR-308 shoots great
-
Cool thanks
-
The oracle in .223/556 shoots sub moa with reloads, no mechanical issues so far... for what its worth, trigger is horrendous but at $475 or so a pop, wont complain.

:yeah:
$749 for a 308 is a good price.
- triggers are horrible.

i have the DPMS .223/5.56 and have not had any issues thus far. accurate as all get out with factory loads.

Did you get it? I love my DPMS. Not the oracle but a switched out trigger and my prairie panther can get 3 rounds about cloverleafing at 100m. Still playing with ammo but I just got a lead sled and about 12 different bullets to figure it all out.

Yep picked it up, shoots good. Right now I'm just shooting for fun and breaking it in. I will start working on a hunting load next spring. I like nosler Accubonds

Upgrade the trigger and you'll love it. You'll still be in it for the cost to build one.
Just took mine down to Texas for a hog and deer hunt. Made the mistake of trying to hoof it on a 5 mile hike, but it worked great out of a stand.
