Looks like standard release with trigger poundage cranked up, he uses his chin if you watch how he settles in you can see it. Looks like a Scott release to me.

He is not just a good shot but Matt Stutzman is an amazing person. I did a podcast with him last year and his story and love for life is off the charts.
