Title: Decoys
Post by: crowinghen on December 16, 2016, 06:47:10 PM: What decoys are people using and having success with?
We are using a Mojo critter, I was just checking out other decoys, wondering if they are worthwhile? This would be for all kinds of predators but esp coyotes and cats.

It's like a addiction! The fun thing is on days like today trying to get the stake in the ground to hold the darn thing!😬

Post by: Bofire on December 17, 2016, 01:55:20 PM: I think the best decoy I ever used was a fair sized feather on fishing line, hung it from a bush in the breeze. Used others with friends, deer fawns etc, never worked

If they hang up and bark, and you shut it off, is the set still blown?

Even when I mute the call, they keep coming. I've had to bark several to stop them from getting to the call before I could shoot.
