Does this season always open September 1st on the east side? Couldn't find season dates for 2017 yet, have a brother trying to plan a trip from Florida and just trying to get a time frame thanks

It's several pages into it but here is the proposed general and permit Seasons. There may be some changes before the rules are finalized but short answer: yes archery has always started September 1st to my recollection. http://wdfw.wa.gov/about/regulations/2017/wsr_17-04-103.pdf
