Title: Need to buy a meat grinder tonight!

Same here. Unless doing really massive quantities, I can't see needing more.

Post by: brew on January 09, 2017, 05:16:43 PM: i bought the 1 horse carnivore and that thing is awesome....bought 32 lbs of pork shoulder and ground it up for breakfast sausage with a recipie here on the forum (turned out great)...stuck the whole throat and the gel pack in the freezer for about 6 hours. ended up spending more time than needed cutting up the meat...that thing ate it faster than i could feed it...coarse ground 32 lbs in about 2 1/2 minutes. just make sure to tear it apart and clean it out before using as the back end of the auger had a bunch of grease on it
