Title: alaska drop camp moose hunts

we still have a couple spots available for drop camp moose hunts for the 2017 season, you can also shoot black bear and wolves at no additional cost. price is $4800 per person.

Post by: Skillet on February 23, 2017, 09:26:53 PM: That surprises me a bit. It is my understanding that you cannot leave much, if any, meat behind. You're not allowed to take out the rack and hide until you've packed all of the meat in most cases. :dunno:

Post by: alaska drop camp on February 25, 2017, 08:54:02 AM: You cannot leave any, you get in big trouble for want and waste up here in Alaska, if I have to make two trips to get it all that's what I do, I am required to report how much meat I bring out of the field on every hunter, so you have to make sure you take it all of the animal and I have to bring it all out.

Post by: alaska drop camp on February 27, 2017, 10:35:18 AM: It is a a spike fork or 50 inch or 3 browtine area, so that means any bull that has a spike or a forked horn on one or both sides is legal, or if it has palms then it can be any size if it has 3 browtines on one side, or if it has less than 3 browtines it must be 50 inches wide or bigger
