Title: Training
Post by: CLARKTAR on February 10, 2017, 08:21:06 AM: Well, Poncho and I have been training throughout the winter. Mostly retrieves with dummies, land and water. Working some back piles still.

We are hoping to compete for his senior title this season. But I feel the need for some more training! Specifically training the honor skill. Anyone in Port Angeles area want to get dogs together and do some training? Hard for him to honor without another dog around.

Cascade just had theirs for this month, Whistling Wings is this Sunday and Newaukum is the 18th I think.

Colin I am in the Issaquah area every Monday through Thursday so I could surely do something mid week if that is an option.

Pm me your number. I'll be training at least once a week during the week now that season is over. I've got ducks, wingrrs, holding blinds the whole deal. I train mostly at Peppers Retriever Grounds. My dogs is fishing his senior and seasoned titles this spring and we will be jumping into master, finished and maybe a qual.
