Title: Kershaw Knives
Post by: wiremonkey on February 23, 2017, 06:52:28 PM: So, I just got done dealing with a knife I broke this past year up hunting. I sent it into Kershaw with the required $10 for replacement if it couldn't be fixed. They sent back the $10 along with a voucher for a new knife as they couldn't fix mine and don't make that model anymore. I called and ordered a new knife to replace my old one. About three days later I received a knife very much like the one I ordered but it didn't have the gut hook I was wanting. I called and explained that while this was a nice knife, it wasn't the one I ordered. Lady apologized and said she would get the correct one in the mail right away. I asked if I should send the other back to the warranty dept and she said to just keep it. Wow did they take care of me, as stated before I broke the knife and even told them that. Awesome customer service and have gained a lifelong customer for sure.
