Had 4 days of vacation to use up before March 1, so I took Thursday - Tuesday, and headed to the coast with my Dad. We had some people join us daily, but also got to spend plenty of Father/Son time on the water. It was a great time, many fish were caught. Here's a few we decided to take pictures of.

Are those the elusive "Ghost Fish" ?

Are you doing any fly fishing?

Are you doing any fly fishing?
I did not this trip, unless you count nymphing under an indicator. Even that, I did very little of. I converted years ago to fly fishing only, and have slowly worked my way back, as time has become more limited. Also, when I'm fishing for wild fish, I prefer to use gear that I can really put the wood to them and land them quickly for a safer release. I know it can be done with fly gear, I've done it, its just more difficult.

Lowholer.
I'd rather lowhole than be lowholed :chuckle: I gave up on the "run n gun gotta have first water all day" mentality a long time ago, and just started fishing. I've caught far more fish for it.
